My cakes are handmade originals; bespoke designs, some of which have been featured in ‘Wedding Cakes’ magazine. I can offer my own designs or create a cake from your ideas. Every cake is created in my own kitchen using the highest quality ingredients. Choose from a rich fruitcake made to a traditional recipe, a light Madeira sponge, a sticky carrot cake or a chocolate mud cake if something more indulgent is required. Your cake is unique to your special day and will be designed to suit your exact needs.

The ideas to choose from are endless:
- Choose a novelty-style design for an unusual cake, or something more
- contemporary, perhaps with feathers or chocolate curls.
- Handmade sugar flowers are my speciality and can echo the bride's choice of
- flowers in her bouquet. The flowers can then be kept for years to come as a special
- memento of the day.
- Fresh flowers, which can be co-ordinated with your other floral arrangements.
